The Trent House is a co-founding member of the Sankofa Collaborative, in partnership with 1804 Consultants and the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum. The Collaborative's  mission is to build the capacity of individuals, groups, and organizations to learn about, present, and discuss the complex and difficult issues in the history and current experiences of African American citizens of New Jersey. The Collaborative publishes a weekly e-newsletter and organizes virtual and in-person workshops and panels. Its website - https://sankofacollabortive.org - maintains an extensive archive of resources, including those from its workshops and e-newsletters.
